Tammy hails from Vietnam and has loved the art of baking ever since she was a little girl. The pastries that she had as a child were like tiny pieces of heaven compared to the bleakness of poverty surrounding her. After growing up, moving to America, and doing nails for 22 years, Tammy felt the urge to break the mold and pursue a profession that her heart truly enjoyed: baking. She wanted to create a cozy place where anyone could relax and have a taste of happiness undisturbed by the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

 

Her soul is what makes her bakery so unique. Every endeavor that Mrs. Truong partakes in contains the very essence of her soul. It makes no difference if it is something small such as cooking dinner or something greater such as family matters; if she has anything to with it, you can bet that her heart is behind it! Her years of experience with nails and the flair of Vietnamese culture in her blood has truly inspired her to put her own little artistic spin on the world of baking.
